Private lessons are the ideal way to hone your power skating technique. My private lessons are taught with a consistent practice standard — I want students to master some basic movements and techniques. Doing this gets players moving with proper form and significantly strengthens the muscles associated with these movements.
Developing form and the right type of strength results is faster starts, explosive speed, quicker stops, and increased agility. In addition to all of that, players become more efficient skaters resulting in superior end-game stamina.
I remind my students regularly that It’s always easier to score late in the game.
